Sergio A. Oliveros is a technology and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience transforming business needs into scalable software platforms and efficient operations. His career spans healthcare technology, defense simulation, manufacturing, and business automation, combining engineering expertise with executive accountability.
As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Green Star Labs, he oversees technology, production, quality, finance, compliance, and supporting business functions. He architected an enterprise resource planning system used across the organization and led the modernization of more than 600 smart vending kiosks, connecting hardware, cloud infrastructure, and mobile applications. His work emphasizes measurable improvements in cost, productivity, and organizational visibility.
As Chief Technology Officer at ITBS, Sergio has led enterprise software development, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and workflow automation. His healthcare experience includes directing the creation of a HIPAA-compliant telehealth and medical management platform at EAP Software, integrating remote visits, patient scheduling, and automated communications.
Previously, he led engineering teams developing Department of Defense simulation systems and guided the development of Soilytics, an agricultural intelligence platform integrating NASA, USDA, and USGS data. His foundation includes service in the U.S. Navy, where he supported network operations and managed $1.8 million in flight operations funds.
Sergio holds a master's degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, earned cum laude at National University. Certified in Scrum and Six Sigma, he brings disciplined execution, strategic perspective, and an understanding of how technology can strengthen organizations and improve the experiences they deliver.
