As Founder and CFO of OS5 Technology Solutions, he has worked at the intersection of software development, SaaS economics, and business process engineering. His experience includes building investor-ready financial models, developing KPI and recurring-revenue frameworks, supporting fundraising and due diligence, optimizing pricing and packaging, and structuring joint ventures for the development and commercialization of vertical software platforms. His technology ventures have included solutions spanning ERP/CRM, healthcare EHR and telehealth, and education technology.

He as led financial strategy for an organization generating more than $100 million in annual revenue. His responsibilities have encompassed budgeting, forecasting, cash management, internal controls, contract negotiations, tax strategy, banking relationships, risk management, audit coordination, and technology infrastructure. His operational initiatives have generated significant cost savings, strengthened controls, and improved profitability.

At Pathica, he applies this combination of financial discipline, technology expertise, and entrepreneurial experience to building the company's financial infrastructure, business models, strategic partnerships, and investor readiness as Pathica expands its cross-border healthcare platform.

He earned an MBA in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from National University.
